What time is check-in and checkout? Standard check-in is 4pm and checkout is 11am, though we’re genuinely flexible if your flight lands early or late — just message us ahead of time and we’ll do what we can to work around your schedule.
Is parking included? Yes, at both the Berkeley and Sebastopol homes. You’ll get exact parking instructions in your check-in guide, along with the door code or key location so you’re never standing outside waiting on us.
Are the homes stocked with anything, or do we need to bring supplies? Every home has a fully equipped kitchen — pots, pans, dishes, a coffee maker, and starter basics like coffee, salt, and oil so you’re not making a grocery run before your first cup of coffee. Bed linens and towels are provided and freshly laundered before every stay. Beyond that, plan to pick up your own groceries; Whole Foods Market in Sebastopol is a ten-minute walk from that property, and Berkeley has several good markets nearby.
Can we add a private chef to our stay? Yes — we’ve partnered with yhangry to bring a private chef straight into your kitchen for anything from a relaxed family dinner to a special-occasion multi-course meal. You pick the menu, they handle the cooking and cleanup, you just show up hungry.
Are the homes pet-friendly? This varies by property, so check the individual listing or ask us directly before booking if you’re traveling with a pet.
What if something comes up during our stay? Message us directly — as your actual host, we’re reachable throughout your stay, not routed through a support queue. Most questions get answered within the hour.
