I’m a hands-on, experienced Bay Area host with a soft spot for small spaces. My thing is taking compact homes and making them feel complete, calm, well stocked and genuinely comfortable, so you can arrive and immediately relax.
Every home is designed and looked after by me, with quick, friendly support whenever you need it. Guests tell me the spaces feel warm and homey, that everything works, and that the locations can’t be beaten. That’s exactly what I’m going for.

Yes. The Berkeley Bungalow has easy free street parking, usually right out front. At Berkeley, just remember to move your car for street cleaning on the first Wednesday of the month.
The Berkeley Bungalow checks in between 4:00 and 9:00 PM. Hoping to arrive early? Just ask in advance and we’ll do our best to coordinate with the cleaning crew.
Absolutely. Our homes are well set up for remote work and relocations, and we welcome stays of 30 days and beyond. Message us with your dates and we’ll sort the details.
The home sits on a quiet, tucked-away residential street, and guests are often surprised how peaceful they are. That said, these are real Bay Area towns, so you may occasionally hear street traffic or the weekly bin collection. We’d rather set the right expectation up front.
Plans change and we get it. We offer a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and a 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
If we’re able to rebook your dates, we’ll happily refund a portion of your stay based on what we recover. For full peace of mind we recommend travel insurance.
